Includes the following services:
- Miami-Dade County or Florida Building Code approved installation of all mounting hardware; including tracks, direct mount hardware and fasteners.
- Upon completion of installation, Contractors will mount all the storm panels on one (1) opening and will mount one (1) storm panel in each of the remaining openings. If accordions or rolldowns are installed, Contractor will close and lock each one to assure proper function. All Storm Catchers are tested on all openings. This will validate that all storm protection fits properly on each of the installed openings.
- Contractors will clean up all installation debris created during the installation process
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- All vegetation cut away from installation area
- Decorative items need to be taken out of the way and stored safely
- Any items discussed prior to install that need to be moved, installed or built must be completed before hardware installation
- A dry run after installation is recommended to ensure customer is comfortable with all installation methods. If a Hurricane Watch is issued, we will be unavailable for assistance in installation questions or concerns
